The Genome Sequence of the Soprano Pipistrelle, (Leach, 1825)
Overview
Affiliations
We present a genome assembly from an individual male (the Soprano Pipistrelle; Chordata; Mammalia; Chiroptera; Vespertilionidae). The genome sequence is 1,895.1 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 23 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X and Y sex chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 17.18 kilobases in length.
