Article: Germline c.566C>T mutation incidentally diagnosed during treatment for acute myeloid leukemia: A case report

mutations in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) are associated with poor outcomes. The number of somatic and/or germline genetic tests for therapy is increasing. Patients with such incidental findings should undergo adequate genetic counseling.
