The Hummer: a Remedy for Apprehension in Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

The importance of an understanding of the variables of the device, especially with respect to suction, is emphasized. A systematic approach to the surgery is presented that permits an anatomical, minimally invasive technique resulting in quicker healing for the patient and an increased comfort level for the surgeon.
