Scleritis in IgA Nephropathy: a Case Report

Scleritis may occur as an isolated phenomenon or as a manifestation of a variety of rheumatic diseases, infections and metabolic disorders. However, it is not well-known as occurring in IgA nephropathy. A 46-year-old Chinese female who presented with scleritis and was also diagnosed to have IgA nephropathy is reported. The clinical course and pathological findings of both eyes and kidneys are presented.
