Abstract

A six-year follow-up study of an eosinophilic granuloma of bone occurring in the growing epiphysis of a five-year-old boy is reported. This is the seventh such case reported in the literature. Eosinophilic granuloma of bone occurring in the epiphysis can extend into the metaphysis by destroying the growth plate.
