A 56-year-old man presented with obstructive jaundice was found to have diffuse cystic glandular malformation of the second part of the duodenum, in association with adenocarcinoma of the periampullary area. Comparison of the pathological findings with myoepithelial hamartoma and diffuse cystic glandular malformation of the stomach reveals resemblances and differences.
