New 14,15-dinor--clerodane and -clerodane Diterpenoids from Wall. Ex Benth

One new diterpenoid possessing a rare 14,15-dinor--clerodane framework, ajugamacrin H (), and one new -clerodane diterpenoid, ajugamacrin I (), along with seven known analogues (-), were obtained from Wall. ex Benth.. Structures of compounds and were elucidated primarily based on NMR and MS methods, and their absolute configurations were identified via ECD calculations. , , and exhibited inhibitory activities on NO production in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells at 50 M. Moreover, compounds - were evaluated for their antibacterial effects against four strains of bacteria.
