Abstract

Background: (1) Advances in the practice of authentic leadership in educational management. (2) The instruments used are useful for assessing leadership and satisfaction. (3) Relationships between authentic leadership and job satisfaction were identified. (4) Measuring authentic leadership and job satisfaction in the educational environment.
