Abstract

Conclusion: Restoration of calcaneal height is challenging in young patients, and using structural allograft restores calcaneal and hindfoot morphology. Patient education about the high chances of recurrence despite surgical clearance is essential, and intraoperative adjuvant usage can reduce the recurrence.
