Abstract

Learning Points: spondylodiscitis is rare so clinicians should be aware of it.The diagnosis of Q fever is challenging, especially chronic disease that presents with endocarditis, osteomyelitis or spondylodiscitis.Spondylodiscitis treatment is particularly challenging and may need neurosurgical intervention.
