Abstract

Compare the risk of hypoglycemia among glucose-lowering agents. Identify patient risk factors and behaviors that increase the risk of hypoglycemia. Describe techniques physicians may use to identify patients at risk for hypoglycemia. Describe patient education strategies regarding hypoglycemia.
