Intestinal metaplasia was 4.7% in 1998, 3.2% in 1999, 3.1% in 2000, 2.3 % in 2001, 7.6% in 2002, 8.3% in year 2003, 6.5% in 2004, 7.1% in 2005. Prevalence of gastric cancer was 2.2% in 1998, 0.25% in 1999, 1.1% in 2000, 1.1% in 2001, 1.1% in 2002, 1.8% in 2003, 1.7% in 2004, 3.9% in 2005.
